Aristocrat Gaming Providing 100 Princess Cruises to our Players Club Members
E-Draw Rules of Play:
- Receive one (1) entry for every 50 points earned on the day of the drawing from 12 am – 7:59 pm.
- Entries will be activated when players swipe their Players Club card at the Promotional kiosk between 2 pm and 7:59 pm on the date of the promotion.
- The electronic drawing drum will select five (5) players for each drawing hour, and all entries will be cleared after the last drawing hour.
- The winner’s names will be announced over the PA system.
- Winners will have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club Booth with valid ID and Players Club Card.
- If the winner is not present, another name will be drawn
- Redraw will continue until a winner is present.
- Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher to be redeemed at the casino cage windows.
- Winners who also have an Average Daily Theoretical (ADT) of $150 within the past 12 months will qualify for a free cruise.
- Players can win more than once during the promotion but not within the same drawing hour. Cruise prize is available to the guest once during the entire promotion.
- 100 Princess Cruise’s are being offered by Aristocrat Gaming.
Player Services Execution:
- Player Services’ Player Developement team will offer Princess Cruises to May’s Black Diamond Tier players first on May 1, 2026. The remaining cruises will then be available to Players Club members who participate in the Saturday e-draws.
- To redeem the cruise, players must check in with Player Services Manager or Player Services Assistant Manager.
- The Player Services Management Team will have access to print cruise vouchers directly from Princess Cruise Portal.
- Cruise vouchers will be based on players Average Daily Theoretical (ADT) for previous 12 months (May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026).
- Player Services Management will pull ADT from OPTX; this will determine the type of room that the player will qualify for.
- A cash option is not available.
- Cruise voucher are non-transferable.
- Inventory is limited and is available while supplies last.
- The Shoshone Bannock Casino Hotel, is a third party host for the promotion and is not responsible for any expenses of the promotion by Aristocrat and Princess Cruise Lines.
Player Responsibility:
- Book by Date: All vouchers will need to be booked three (3) months after distribution (September 1, 2026)
- Sail by Date: All vouchers are valid one year after distribution (May 30, 2027).
- Players will book their cruise by calling a specialty booking number listed on their voucher.
- Gift vouchers cannot be gifted or transferred.
- Guests can upgrade their cabins; upgrades are based on availability and can be purchased at prevailing rates.
- Players may bring additional guests, the voucher is good for two guests, a third or fourth person can be added to the cabin for additional charges.
- Airfare and airport transportation are not covered. Aristrocrat, Princess Cruise Lines, and Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel will not be supplying winners with airfare reimbursement. Princess offers airport transportation that winners can purchase at the time of booking.
Qualifying Winner Cost Responsibilities:
- Government Taxes, Fees and Required Cruise Fees and Expenses – A typical 7-day cruise to the Caribbean or Mexico are ~ $175 per person.
- Booking Deposit – A $100/person non-refundable deposit that will convert to Onboard Credit applied to stateroom.
- Gratuities – Range from $16 – 18/day/person
- Additional Costs- Should a winner book a shore excursion, choose a specialty dining venue, purchase alcoholic beverages or packages, etc.
Promotion Rules:
- Employees of Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel may not participate in ANY promotions.
- Must be 18 years or older, a Players Club member, and present to win.
- Excluded players are not eligible for promotions.
- Must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes and/or receive/redeem offers as specified.
- It is the responsibility of the Players Club member to ensure their Players Club card is properly inserted into the gaming machine.
- Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen Players Club cards, or misuse of Players Club cards.
- Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unused prize redemptions or kiosk tickets.
- By participating in any promotion, participants agree to be bound by the applicable official rules.
- All decisions by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management will be final.
- Upon notice to Shoshone-Bannock Gaming Commission (SBGC), Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management reserves the right to cancel and/or alter any of their promotions at any time without prior written or verbal notice to players.
- Promotional prizes/offers are non-transferable.
- There is no substitution for prizes won unless otherwise stated in promotion procedures.
- If prizes/offers are not claimed within the specified time frame, the prize/offer will be forfeited.
- Winners are responsible for paying all taxes on the prize(s) won.
Malfunction/Software Communication Errors:
- Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any system malfunctions.
- All malfunctions void all pay and play.
- When a communication error occurs with the software, the drawings will stop until communication is re-established.
- If communication is re-established, the # of names selected will be rolled over to the next drawing time if applicable.
- If communication is not re-established by the end of the last drawing time, the drawing will be canceled or rescheduled by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel Management
