Hot Seat Rules of Play:

1. Players must be actively playing on any gaming machine with a Players Club card fifteen (15) minutes prior to the drawing hour and have a minimum coin in play of two hundred dollars ($200).
2. Player Tracking floor scan will be used to select one (1) winner each drawing hour.
3. Winners will have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club Booth with valid ID and Players Club Card.
   • If the winner is not present, another name will be selected from the floor scan system.
   • Re-selection will continue until a winner is present.
4. Players can win multiple times throughout the promotion but not within the same drawing period.
5. Players Club members cannot share gaming machines during Hot Seat Drawings.

E-Draw Rules of Play:

1. Receive entries in two ways:
   • One (1) entry for every 100 points earned daily from 12am – 11:59pm.
   • One (1) entry for every 100 points earned on the day of the drawing from 12am – 7:59pm.
   • One (1) free entry ticket on the day of the drawings from 2pm to 7:59pm.
2. Entries will be activated when players swipe their Players Club card at the promotional kiosk between 2pm and 7:59pm on the date of the promotion.
3. The electronic drawing drum will select three (3) winners for the first two drawing hours and four (4) winners for the last drawing hour.
4. The winner’s names will be announced over the PA system.
5. Winners will have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club Booth with valid ID and Players Club Card.
   • If the winner is not present, another name will be drawn.
   • Redraw will continue until a winner is present.

Rules of Play:

1. Once all hot seat and e-draw winners have been selected, a punch board will determine the prize amount of each winner.
2. Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher to be redeemed at the casino cage windows.
3. Players can win more than once during the promotion but not within the same drawing hour.

Vehicle Details:

1. The winner must take the vehicle with no cash option or they may forfeit prize.
2. SBCH will pay the following:
   • Title and documentation fees
   • Sales Taxes
3. Federal and State taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
4. Before the vehicle and keys are released to the winner, the following documentation must be
   filled out and collected by the SBCH:
   • Proof of vehicle insurance for the vehicle won during the promotion,
   • Completed W-9 and 1099 form, AND
   • Any other required vehicle documentation.
5. Foreign individuals will need to provide:
   • Completed W-8Ben and 1042-S, AND
   • Taxes for recreational vehicle must be paid within 5 business days.
   • Any other required vehicle documentation.
