Rules of Play

  1. Admission price $125 per PHD and includes:
    1. Reserved Seating
    2. #4 All-In PHD Pack
      1. 22: PHD packs 396 cards
      2. 36: Letter x 144 cards
      3. 20: Bonanzas
      4. 25: Pick 9s
  2. Advance sales will start on December 3,2025, and end on January 3, 2026, any may be purchased at:
    1. Bingo Cashier Window
    2. Online at yapsody.com
    3. Cage Window
  3. All advance sales are final. No refunds will be given.
  4. No discounts and certificates will be accepted for any purchases.
  5. Employees are prohibited from making any purchases for the player.
  6. Additional paper sales will be available on the date of the event, with a limit of 10 bonus packs per electronic device.
  7. prizes payouts will be divided equally in the event of multiple winners in a game.
  8. Games that are not included in the advance sales are:
    1. Wheel of Bingo
    2. Super Cash
  9. Players are responsible for their sales receipts as proof of purchase.
  10. Complete listing of rules, players may refer to the Bingo Rules of Play.

2. Saving seats are not allowed. Management reserves the right to reserve seats when necessary.
3. Any items left in the bingo hall will be turned over to the Security Department as lost and found.
4. Players are responsible for checking all items purchased. It is the player’s responsibility to play own cards purchased.
5. Each player must purchase an admissions package; no sharing of packs allowed.
6. Each player must display a receipt at all times.
7. Players may not play on any card that has not been purchased that session.
8. No one is allowed to buy-in after game eight (8) of each session. Admission sales will close before the start of game 10.
9. No refunds, exchanges or partial refunds will be given after a session has started.
10. In the event of a session cancellation, refunds will be given.
11. One Electronic Bingo device per guest, unless specified by Management.
12. Malfunction of electronic bingo devices voids all pays and plays.
13. Prize payouts may not be transferred to another player.
14. In the event of multiple winners, the prize amount will be divided equally by the total number of winners with minimum payouts of $10.
15. It is the player’s responsibility to call “Bingo” loudly enough to alert the Caller to stop the game. If a player calls “Bingo” and the Caller does not stop the game, it is the player’s responsibility, (not the Bingo Staff) to yell “Bingo” again to get the attention of the Caller.
16. Once the letter of the next ball has been called or the Caller announces the game is closed, no previous bingos will be honored and the game shall continue.
17. Players must have the last number called in the pattern to have a valid bingo. Sleepers or overlooked bingos will be declared invalid.
18. Flashboards and TV monitors are not official but a convenience; ball supersedes Caller’s error or mechanical error.
19. If a Bingo cannot be verified to the validation number on the card due to the player’s card being obscured, ripped or altered, the bingo will be declared invalid.
20. Cell phones must be set to vibrate or silent. If a cell phone continues to be a distraction, the player will be asked to leave.
21. Bingo Management will not resolve dispute between players.
22. Bingo Management reserves the right to publish pictures and names of all winners.
23. Bingo Management reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
24. The decision of Bingo Management is final on all games.
25. Bingo Management reserves the right to change, cancel or modify any program or promotion at any time.

 

Everyone in attendance must have a ticket. No exceptions.
