Refunds\, exchanges\, discounts\, and Bingo issued certificates will not be accepted.\nPlayers are responsible for retaining their purchase receipt as proof of purchase.\nCasino employees\, and bingo department employees are prohibited from purchasing advance-seat sales or PHD reservations for players or immediate family members.\nPlayers are responsible for:\n\nPurchasing their own PHDs or paper packets\nPlaying cards and PHD as issued; altered or damaged cards are void.\n\n\nPHD availability is first come\, first served\nWhen the PHD inventory is exhausted\, paper packets will remain available.\nAdditional paper bingo sales will be available on the day of the event.\nA maximum of ten (10) bonus packs per electronic device.
