Hot Seat Rules of Play:
- Players must be actively playing on any gaming machine with a Players Club card fifteen (15) minutes prior to the drawing hour and have a minimum coin in play of two hundred dollars ($200).
- Player tracking floor scan will be utilized to select winner each drawing hour.
- One (1) Hot Seat winner will be selected for each drawing hour.
- Winners will have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club Booth with valid ID and Playrs Club Card.
- If the winner is not present, another name will be selected from the floor scan system.
- Re-selection will continue until a winner is present.
- Players can win more than once per day, but not within the same hour.
- Players Club members cannot share gaming machines during Hot Seat drawings.
- Winners may receive a cash redemption voucher that they can redeem at the cage cashier windows.
E-Draw Rules of Play:
- Receive entries in two ways:
- One (1) entry for every 100 points earned daily from 12am – 11:59pm.
- One (1) free entry ticket on the day of the drawings from 2pm – 7:59pm.
- Entries will be activated when players swipe their Players Club card at the promotional kiosk between 2pm and 7:59pm on the date of the promotion.
- The electronic drawing drum will select three (3) winners for each drawing hour.
- The winner’s names will be announced over the PA system.
- Winners will have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club Booth with valid ID and Players Club Card.
- If the winner is not present, another name will be drawn.
- Redraw will continue until a winner is present.
- Hot Seat winners cannot be an E-draw winner. Redraw will continue until there is a total of four (4) different Players Club members.
- Players can win more than once during the promotion but not within the same drawing hour.
- The electronic drawing will be utilized to execute the drawing, and all entries will be cleared after the last drawing hour.
- Once all winners have been selected, a game will be played to determine the prize amount of each winner.
- Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher to be redeemed at the casino cage windows.
Vehicle Details:
- The winner must take the recreational vehicle with no cash option or forfeit prize.
- SBCH will pay the following:
- Title and documentation fees
- Sales Taxes
- Federal and State taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
- Before the vehicle and keys are released to the winner, the following documentation must be filled out and collected by the SBCH:
- Proof of vehicle insurance for the vehicle won during the promotion,
- Completed W-9 and 1099 form, AND
- Any other required vehicle documentation.
- Foreign individuals will need to provide:
- Completed W-8Ben and 1042-S, AND
- Taxes for the recreational vehicle must be paid within 5 business days.
- Any other required vehicle documentation
Promotion Rules:
- Employees of Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel may not participate in ANY promotions.
- Must be 18 years or older, a Players Club member, and present to win.
- Excluded players are not eligible for promotions.
- Must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes and/or receive/redeem offers as specified.
- It is the responsibility of the Players Club member to ensure their Players Club card is properly inserted into the gaming machine.
- Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen Players Club cards, or misuse of Players Club cards.
- Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unused prize redemptions or kiosk tickets.
- By participating in any promotion, participants agree to be bound by the applicable official rules.
- All decisions by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management will be final.
- Upon notice to Shoshone-Bannock Gaming Commission (SBGC), Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel management reserves the right to cancel and/or alter any of their promotions at any time without prior written or verbal notice to players.
- Promotional prizes/offers are non-transferable.
- There is no substitution for prizes won unless otherwise stated in promotion procedures.
- If prizes/offers are not claimed within the specified time frame, the prize/offer will be forfeited.
- Winners are responsible for paying all taxes on the prize(s) won.
Malfunction/Software Communication Errors:
- Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is not responsible for any system malfunctions.
- All malfunctions void all pay and play.
- When a communication error occurs with the software, the drawings will stop until communication is re-established.
- If communication is re-established, the # of names selected will be rolled over to the next drawing time if applicable.
- If communication is not re-established by the end of the last drawing time, the drawing will be canceled or rescheduled by Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel Management
