Hot Seat Rules of Play:

1. Players must be actively playing on any gaming machine with a Players Club card fifteen (15) minutes prior to the drawing hour and have a minimum coin in play of two hundred dollars ($200.)
2. The player tracking floor scan system will be utilized to select three (3) Hot Seat winners each drawing hour.
3. Winners will have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club Booth.
a. If the winner is not present, another name will be selected from the floor scan system.
b. Re-selection will continue until a winner is present.
4. Players can win more than once per day, but not within the same hot seat hour.
5. Players Club members cannot share gaming machines during Hot Seat drawings.
6. Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher that they can redeem at the cage cashier windows.

E-Draw Rules of Play:

1. Receive entries in two ways:
a. One (1) entry for every 100 points earned daily from 12 am – 11:59 pm.
b. One (1) free entry ticket on the day of the drawings from 5 pm to 7:59 pm.
2. Entries will be activated when players swipe their Players Club card at the promotional kiosk between 5 p.m. and 7:59 p.m. on the promotion date.
3. The electronic drawing drum will select ten (10) winners for each drawing hour.
4. The winner’s names will be announced over the PA system.
5. Winners have five (5) minutes to present themselves to the Players Club Booth.
a. If the winner is not present, another name will be drawn.
b. Redraw will continue until a winner is present.
6. Winners will receive a cash redemption voucher to be redeemed at the casino cage windows.
7. All entries will be cleared after the last drawing hour.
8. Players can win more than once during the promotion, but not within the same drawing hour.

Vehicle Details:
1. The winner must take the recreational vehicle with no cash option or forfeit the prize.
2. SBCH will pay the following:
a. Title and documentation fees
b. Sales Taxes
3. Federal and State taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
4. Before the vehicle and keys are released to the winner, the following documentation must be filled out and collected by the SBCH:
a. Proof of vehicle insurance for the vehicle won during the promotion,
b. Completed W-9 and 1099 for, AND
c. Any other required vehicle documentation.
5. Foreign individuals will need to provide:
a. Completed W-8Ben and 1042-S, AND
b. Taxes for the recreational vehicle must be paid within 5 business days.
c. Any other required vehicle documentation.
